Middle School Students Recognized for their Accomplishments at Math Competition!

At the monthly District Board Meeting on January 12, 2017, students from Irving and Stevenson Middle Schools were recognized for their participation and awards from the Proviso Math and Science Academy Math Competition on November 16, 2016. The competition included students from seven feeder districts to Proviso Township with a total of nine schools competing. Both of the District 89 middle schools did phenomenal with students from both schools winning individual awards. Stevenson Middle School finished 1st place amongst all nine schools competing in the competition!
