Preschool Screening Information
- Preschool Screening is required
- Preschool Screening is conducted in person
- It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to conduct a screening
- Play-based assessment
- Only one adult and child screening is allowed
- Please arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment. This will allow us the time to screen your child and keep everyone safe.

Preschool For All Program Information
- 2.5 hour program Monday through Friday
- Sessions:
- AM 8:10-10:40
- PM 11:40-2:10
- Preschool For All classrooms at each elementary building
- PFA classrooms are blended
- State Funded- no cost to families
- High-quality instruction aligned with the Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards
- Opportunities for parental education and involvement
- Children must attend a preschool screening process to be considered
- Students are prioritized for entry based on “at-risk: factors collected at the preschool screening
- Limited enrollment- placement is not guaranteed
- Enrollment at your home elementary school may not be guaranteed
- Children placed on waitlist after preschool screening
- Child must be 3 years of age to start the Preschool For All Program
- We warmly embrace all children in our preschool program, regardless of their toilet training status. Our dedicated team is committed to providing assistance and support to both students and families in their toilet training journey.
